Following payment, download instructions are sent via email by MoGuide. Please refer to this email if you lose connection to the internet before download is complete.

What is a .zip file?

To make the sound guides quicker to download, we have used a popular file compression method. The compressed files have the suffix of .zip. You will need to unzip the files before transferring to your MP3 player.
