Obtain our tour guides in 3 alternative ways:

• As a mobile phone narrative. Dial the number displayed on location and follow the spoken instructions. Payment is through your phone company at the price shown at Listen Points.
• As an online MP3 file download, in one compressed .zip file via the Internet, suitable for all Windows and Mac OS computers.
• As a download direct to your MP3 player, as a playlist from a computer at some attractions' visitor or tourist information centres.

Some Internet downloads are free of charge. Chargeable purchases are made by PayPal, credit card or debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, the credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For chargeable Internet downloads an e-mail receipt provides a link to a page from which to download your purchase and a PayPal Transaction ID to enter on that page. You may download the purchase at any time for up to 24 hours after your payment transaction.

Direct to MP3 player purchases are made with cash.

Use of Sound Guides

MoGuide and its associated principals grant you a non-exclusive Licence to use the sound guides subject to the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

The sound guide is provided for your personal use and may not be transferred to others. You may make only as many copies of the sound guide as are reasonably necessary for operational security. Such copies shall be the property of MoGuide and its associated principals and you must ensure that all such copies bear MoGuide's proprietary notice. The Licence shall apply to all such copies as it applies to the original sound guide.

Credit Card Security

MoGuide uses PayPal for all Credit and Debit card transactions - one of the World's leading and most respected card processors.

Indemnity

You will be solely responsible for any repercussions resulting from the download of any files from MoGuide. MoGuide and its associated principals will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use, modification or distribution of any files. MoGuide and its associated principals bear no responsibility for errors or omissions.

Copyright and Trademarks

The Copyright of web pages and the MoGuide trademark are the property of MoGuide. All Trademarks are acknowledged. Copyright of all sound guides is the property of Moguide or its associated principals.

Returns Policy

MoGuide want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we go to great lengths to ensure that our content is accurately described on the web site. In the case of paid-for downloadable products, refunds are only available prior to download and must be requested by email bearing the accurate date and time of the request. Once the product has been downloaded no refunds are available (this does not affect your statutory rights). All refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request being made, in British Pounds (£). Your credit card provider may charge a commission fee for conversion into your home currency.

Remittance Terms

Payment in full in cash, PayPal or recognized credit card is required prior to paid-for download.
